Our current understanding of the history of military UFO
(Flying Saucer) investigations is that they began in 1941 with
the first crash recovery of a saucer in Cape Girardeau,
Missouri. It is believed that some exploitation (reverse
engineering) of this event was integrated into the Manhattan
Atomic Bomb Project, but that significant efforts did not
occur until the July 1947 New Mexico events. Both SECRET cover
stories and TOP SECRET research and development projects were
started to begin unraveling the greatest technological and
biological opportunity in the history of humanity.
"Secrecy is a form of government regulation," is the
opening phrase of executive summary of the Commission on
Protecting and Reducing Government Secrecy, 1997. "Excessive
secrecy has significant consequences for the national interest
when, as a result, policymakers are not fully informed,
government is not held accountable for its actions, and most
importantly the public cannot engage in an informed
debate.
It is critical to remember how security
classifications work. Each document, individual or groups of
individuals is compartmentalized based on a "need to know." So
just because an individual would have a SECRET or TOP SECRET
security clearance does not mean that an individual would have
access to similarly classified material.
In general, these
structures are and were very effective in maintaining
security. Security classifications have changed over time; in
the 1947 timeframe, military documents were either
CONFIDENTIAL, RESTRICTED, SECRET, TOP SECRET or TOP
SECRET/CODEWORD. Since each government agency establishes
their own security procedures, it is possible to find many
variations in security policy and labeling. For example, CIA,
NSA, and DoD have different but compatible procedures.

ANIMAL
MUTILATIONS
|
All organ removal and incisions
are done with surgical precision, and in some cases the
evidence of cauterization along the incision lines has
led investigators to believe the use of some sort of
high heat cutting device has been administered,
suggesting the strong possibility of a laser.
Bones are also clearly cut with
no bone fragments around the cut.
The body of the animal is
totally drained of blood yet there no trace of blood is
found, no signs of a struggle, footprints or tire tracks
found anywhere on the ground around the body.
The typical cattle mutilation has
shown repeatedly, huge oval shaped incisions around the
jaw bone and in most cases the exposed jaw is completely
removed, and the tongue removed from a precise incision
deep in the throat. Also observed is the additional
removal of at least one (1) eyeball, the udders on the
female are most always removed and the sexual organs on
both sexes are also most always removed.
UFOs and strange black unmarked
helicopters have been linked with these mutilations
since they have been sighted at the same time in the
same area where the mutilated bovines have been found.
There have been reports about UFO's lifting the animal
off the ground. No one seems to have a valid reason as
to the link between the multilations and the ET's

PROJECT BLUE BOOK
|
"From 1947 until 17 December
1969, the United States Air Force actively investigated
reports and sightings of unidentified flying objects -
UFOs, under a program called Project Blue Book. Project
Blue Book investigated 12,618 UFO sightings and 701 of
those sightings remained unidentified. Many UFO
researchers feel that the investigations of the UFO
sightings were unprofessional and unscientific.
The program used poor
research methods and researchers were too eager to label
a mysterious sighting as "identified" phenomena.
Individual researchers and UFO organisations believe
that members of Project Blue Book were pressured to
"identify" UFO sightings to calm the public hysteria
about UFOs. This theory has been supported by the recent
release of CIA documents pertaining to UFOs.
They also suggest that any
report that was initially perceived as unexplainable or
would cause public concern was never included in Project
Blue Book. They allege that these reports were passed on
to a higher authority that never reported the results to
the public. Project Blue Book, it seems, was just a low
level collection and disinformation program created
under Project Sign (of December 1947) which evolved into
Project Grudge (of December 1948) to cover up the true
investigation into the alien presence on Earth."

|

ROSWELL

This one-page teletype dated July
8, 1947, conveyed information originating from the United States
Air Force. The teletype's details purported
that an object, possibly a flying disc, was
recovered near Roswell, New Mexico.

DISCLAIMER
The authors of PARANORMAL

However, a gray area exists. Is it reasonable to
believe that these documents are likely still
classified? Yes, unless their creation and existence is
illegal in itself.
Many of the alleged classified documents presented
here have been made public in another form or or at
another time. Historically, the military has ignored
ufology and its actions to unravel the Cosmic Watergate;
yet, in the last ten years the Air Force and other
government agencies have made more public statements.
For example, the "crash test dummies" explanation of
Roswell, of the balloon explanation of Roswell in "Case
Closed," or finally by proclamation as in the case of
the FBI simply stating on their website (www.fbi.gov)
that the Eisenhower Briefing Document (EBD) is bogus
with no meaningful discussion.
